Formula E – Oriol Servia replaces Mike Conway for Beijing

Dragon Racing will not line up at the start of the first race in the history of the World Championship Formula E on September 13 in Beijing, China, the British Mike conway. The Ed Carpenter Racing driver in IndyCar, et futur titulaire chez Toyota Racing in the World ChampionshipEndurance WEC for the Austin round in Texas on September 20, at the wheel of the No. 040 TS7 Hybrid, will be replaced by the Spaniard Oriol Servia. The 40-year-old driver, also used to IndyCar competitions (with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing at the start of the season) will therefore compete alongside Belgian Jérôme d'Ambrosio in the second Spark-Renault SRT_01E from the American team.

We do not know the reason for this replacement, neither Conway nor the team having yet communicated on this subject. One last seat still remains to be made official for the first race of the year, that of Franck Montagny's teammate at Andretti Autosport. The Frenchman Charles Pic could well be the lucky one.
