Formula e – Tom Dillmann will compete in the Paris ePrix

Tom dillmann will be at the start of the Paris ePrix on May 20 around Les Invalides for its racing debut in the category.

The Frenchman, champion of the 8 Formula V3.5 2016, will not be his first discovery of the discipline, since he had recently competed in the shakedown at the Hermanos Rodriguez Autodrome in Mexico, already on behalf of Venturi, after also having played with Team Aguri in pre-season testing in 2015.

The former resident of the GP2 Series will replace the German Maro Engel, holder within the Monegasque structure, who must deal with a clash of dates with his program in DTM with the Lausitzring event.

" There Formula e fascinates drivers and this thrilling discipline of motorsport is full of interesting technical developments, admits Dillmann. My goal is of course to play a full season of this series in the future. »

The Frenchman will team up with his compatriot Stéphane Sarrazin.
