Jake Hughes joins Neom-McLaren in Formula E

The 2023 grid of the Formula E is finally complete! The last seat to be filled was that of Neom-McLaren and he will be occupied by Jake Hughes next season. The Briton joins René Rast in the new team, which will participate in its first campaign in the electric championship next year.

Jake Hughes, 28, went on to achieve numerous victories in Formula 3 between 2016 and 2020 before moving into Formula 2 in 2022 with VAR. He took time out from the season to focus on Formula E, where he served in a reserve and development driver role during Season 7 and Season 8 with the team. Mercedes. He will now compete in Formula E full-time with the Neom-McLaren team.
