Mahindra secures the services of Lucas di Grassi

A year then gone. Lucas di Grassi's adventure at Venturi only lasted one short season. Arriving in the ranks of the Monegasque team at the start of the year, the Brazilian will change sides by joining Mahindra Racing from the next campaign which will mark the debut of the Gen3.

The 2022/2023 season will indeed mark the transition from Formula E to Gen 3, the new generation of car electric. The latter is already announced as the fastest Formula E ever designed, reaching up to 322 km/h according to estimates. This will be made possible thanks to a 350 kW powertrain, which will be supported by a 250 kW engine also placed at the front, which will have the effect of doubling and even more its regenerative capacity with an advanced percentage of 95%. energy efficiency, compared to around 40% for a traditional internal combustion engine.
