Maloney and Lundqvist test with Andretti

The Barbadian and the Swede will take the wheel of the Andretti single-seaters from April 24, in Berlin, for a day of testing dedicated to rookies.

Andretti has announced its two drivers to take the wheel for a special day of testing dedicated to rookies, in Berlin, on April 24. Zane Maloney and Linus Lundqvist will be there for a first try in Formula E. 

« I'm really looking forward to doing this test with Andretti, says Maloney, currently officiating in Formula 2 alongside Rodin Carlin. I would like to thank Andretti for this opportunity, there will be a lot to learn but I really want to be there. It will be my first time in Formula E, I will try to progress as much as possible to help them for the rest of the season. »

« I thank Andretti for this opportunity, adds Lundqvist, Indy Lights (now Indy NXT) champion in 2022. I'm really looking forward to it, see you on the track soon! »

The tests will take place just after the second double-header of the 2023 championship, the first race taking place on April 22, the second the next day, in Berlin. For now, Andretti ranks 5th overall with 80 points, separated from a handful of units from DS Penske and Jaguar TCS Racing.
