GP2 – Nobuharu Matsushita arrives with ART GP

Nobuharu Matsushita will compete in his first season in the GP2 Series after shining on home soil by winning la F3 Japanese Challenge in 2012 and Japanese F3 last year. The 21-year-old Asian will team up with Stoffel vandoorne after signing with ART Grand Prix following tests which proved very conclusive.

“The GP2 Series offers me the opportunity to ride with the best opponents and follow the calendar of the F1 around the world ", commented the new recruit of the French team. “It’s a big challenge for me but I plan to do my best because GP2 is the best path to F1. I thank Honda that supports me."
