GP2 – Norman Nato back with Arden

The Arden team, now named Pertamina Arden, has revealed its line-up for the 2017 GP2 Series season. Norman Nato will team up with Sean Gelael for his 3rd season in the discipline, returning to the British structure with which he made his debut in 2015. The Frenchman finished 5th in the Drivers' ranking last year after having signed 2 victories and 5 podiums with Racing Engineering.

“I am very happy to join the Jagonya Ayam family and reunite with Arden in the GP2 Series, commented the French pilot. This is where I made my debut in GP2 and it's great to come back. The objective is to share our experiences with Sean to perform well and fight for victories and points in each race. »

The Indonesian will compete in his second full season in the GP2 Series after having played for the Carlin team where he notably scored a podium in Spielberg (Austria).

“Pertamina Arden is a very experienced team that has shown consistency throughout the seasons, underlined Sean Gelael. The post-season tests in Abu Dhabi went well and it was logical to continue with them in 2017. Last season helped me a lot in GP2 and the objective this year is to progress to the front -positions at each event. »

Arden only took penultimate place in the Team Championship last year with 12 units collected.
