GP2 – Pierre Gasly returns to pole

Pierre Gasly (Prema Racing) seems galvanized by its victory at Silverstone (Great Britain). The resident of Red Bull Junior Team won the GP2 Series pole at the Hungaroring (Hungary) with a time of 1'25''612. Sergey Sirotkin (ART Grand Prix) will start alongside him on the front row after failing half a second from the benchmark.

Antonio Giovinazzi (Prema Racing) and Nobuharu Matsushita (ART Grand Prix) took the second row, finishing eight tenths behind the French driver. Norman Nato (Racing Engineering) took fifth position ahead of Luca Ghiotto (Trident) and Arthur Pic (Rapax). Marvin Kirchhöfer (Carlin) completes the top ten behind Raffaele Marciello (Russian Time) and Jordan King (Racing Engineering).

The start of the Main Race will be given this Saturday July 23 at 15:40 p.m. and will be followed with a slight delay on Canal+ Sport.
