Chevrolet presented its aero kit suitable for urban and road circuits at a press conference held in Indianapolis (Indiana).
The regulations for the 2015 season authorized the two manufacturers involved in IndyCar, Chevrolet and Honda, to develop different aero kits on the DW12s that they power, adapted to road/urban circuits and “short tracks” (short ovals) as well as super speedways (long ovals like that of Indianapolis).
This aero kit will therefore be used by the teams in partnership with Chevrolet during the Grand Prix of St Petersburg (Florida) which will open the season on March 29.
