IndyCar – Power: new circuits succeed at Penske

After losing his duel against Juan-Pablo Montoya at the St Petersburg GP (Florida), Will Power plans to take his revenge this weekend at the Louisiana Grand Prix held at NOLA Motorsports Park. Although the teams were able to discover the track during winter testing, they were only able to complete one session with the new aero kits.

That doesn't worry you though. Will Power who counts on the skills of his team to evolve at the forefront and defend his title. “There is no reason to be worried ahead of the weekend in NOLA, not only because of the testing carried out before the start of the season, but also because we have always had very good performances in recent years on the new tests », underlines the Australian.

With all four Team Penske drivers in the top five in the first race of the season, Will Power may have the best ambitions for this second round. « The NOLA is incredibly fast and suits my riding style well. The grip level is very high and we should have a great race”, adds the reigning champion.

The Louisiana GP will be broadcast on Canal+ Sport on Monday April 13 at 1 a.m.
