IndyCar – Will Power will be there at Sonoma

The title duel between Penske drivers simon pagenaud and Will Power will take place on September 18 on the road circuit in Sonoma (California).

After a concussion was suspected following his accident at Watkins Glen (New York) where he collided with Charlie Kimball, Will Power passed tests carried out at the University of Miami (Florida) under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Olvey and received clearance to resume competition by Dr. Geoffrey Billows, the medical director of theIndyCar.

“Will is fine. He arrived (yesterday) morning and we performed two sophisticated tests to determine if he had suffered a concussion after the weekend and he passed both without any problem.", commented Dr. Stephen Olvey.

Will Power will arrive at the Sonoma Grand Prix 43 points behind his teammate at the top of the Drivers' standings.
