Indy 500 – Pippa Mann lined up by Dale Coyne Racing

For what will constitute his sixth participation in the big meeting of the season IndyCar, Pippa mann will once again be entered with Dale Coyne Racing. The Briton will compete for the fifth consecutive year with the Plainfield (Illinois) structure, which won the first race of the 2017 season with Sébastien Bourdais in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Pippa Mann will drive the team's third car alongside the Frenchman and Ed Jones, year-round starters. “I am very excited to join Dale Coyne Racing for my fifth consecutive year with the team for the 101st Indy 500, comments the 33-year-old pilot.

Dale invested heavily over the winter, and it’s an exciting time to be a part of his organization. I look forward to working with familiar faces from my 2016 campaign, like my race engineer Rob Ridgely, as well as working with new team members, including my new teammates Sébastien Bourdais and Ed Jones. »

Also entered in Pocono (Pennsylvania) in 2016, Pippa Mann took 18th place in Indianapolis last year. The former resident of the Formula Renault 3.5 will once again support the Get Involved Campaign, which attempts to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen® Foundation, which fights breast cancer.
