IndyCar – Tribute to Bryan Clauson at Dale Coyne

A new tribute will be paid to Pocono, Pennsylvania this weekend in IndyCar à Bryan Clauson. The American pilot died on August 7 after an accident during the Belleville Midget Nationals event in Belleville, Kansas.

The Californian competed in the Indianapolis 500 this year with the car No. 88 lined up under the banner of Jonathan Byrd’s Racing, supported by the Dale Coyne Racing team. It is the latter which will field a single-seater sporting the No. 88 for Conor Daly, usually listed with the No. 18 this season. The “BC Forever” logo will also be affixed to the sides of the car.

“It means a lot to our team to enter the No. 88 BC Forever this weekend, Daly explains. I think everyone loved working with Bryan throughout the month of May. It's going to be a great way to pay tribute to him and obviously it provides extra motivation to try to get to Victory Lane for Bryan. »
