IndyCar – Bourdais boss arrested by police
According to the first police report, Jay Penske was allegedly surprised by a woman while he was urinating in the parking lot of the Nantucket Yacht Club. He then turned around to urinate on this woman's boots before taking her by the arm and shoving her. His brother Mark then did the same before they fled by breaking into one of the Yatch Club properties.
Depending on the findings of the investigation, the organizers of theIndyCar could take action against the Penske brothers. Article 9.3.1 of the regulations in force provides for sanctioning any person harming IndyCar on or off the circuits.
