IndyCar – Montoya on his way to Barber?

Will Juan-Pablo Montoya manage to stay at the front at Barber Motorsports Park (Alabama)? The Team Penske driver seems to have the means since he finished in the top five each time in the first three races of the season, notably winning in the first event at St Petersburg (Florida).

If the old driver McLaren abandoned during the previous edition in 2014, the Colombian will arrive with confidence at the Alabama GP after such a start. “I couldn’t be more proud of my team after such a debut”, confides the 1999 Champ Car World Series champion. “We are the only ones to have already acquired a victory, two podiums and three top 5s. We really made use of our difficult start to the season in 2014.”

Juan-Pablo Montoya believes he will still have a chance to shine at Barber Motorsports Park after testing shortly before. “I was satisfied with the tests during training last month and I performed very well on this circuit last year before giving up. This makes me very confident for this weekend”, added the winner of the 500 Indianapolis 2000.
