IndyCar – Pipo Derani in testing with Schmidt Peterson

According to our information, Luis Felipe Derani will shortly participate in a test session in IndyCar Series with Schmidt Peterson Motorsports. The 23-year-old Brazilian, winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring in 2016, would benefit in particular from the good relations he maintains with Honda.

This year, in addition to taking part in the four rounds of the NAEC in an Extreme Speed ​​Motorsports Nissan Onroak DPi, Pipo is competing in the first three rounds of the WEC, namely the 6 Hours of Silverstone (April 16), the 6 Hours of Spa (May 6) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 17 and 18) in the No. 67 Ford GT of Chip Ganassi Racing Team UK with Britons Andy Priaulx and Harry Tincknell.
