IndyCar – Rodolfo Gonzalez will debut at Barber

Rodolfo Gonzalez will take his first steps in IndyCar taking the wheel of the No. 28 Dale Coyne Racing car this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park (Alabama). The former Caterham test driver F1 Team had previously participated in winter testing with Dale Coyne Racing and Schmidt Peterson Motorsports.

The 28-year-old Venezuelan will succeed conor daly who had already replaced Rocky Moran Jr last week in Long Beach (California), himself replacing Carlos Huertas. Daly took 17th place after replacing his compatriot in the middle of the weekend who broke his thumb during testing.
