It's quite easy to lose six places in 1/10th of a second on the grid. It's a track I like to run on. It's very physical. You really have to be focused throughout the race. »

The Poitevin driver remains satisfied with his start to the season, after having worked hard during the winter, but knows that he will have to be present on all the championship tracks. “We worked very hard with the team over the winter to get the car I wanted, explains Simon. The goal was to make it fairly similar on different routes so that I could more easily get the best out of it. So far, that's what we've done. Now we will have to be strong on the ovals too. »
