IndyCar – Stefan Wilson at Indy 500

Stefan Wilson will try to qualify for the 100th edition of the Indianapolis 500 on May 29 by entering the No. 25 of KVSH Racing. The 26-year-old Briton will pay tribute to his brother Justin who died on August 25 in Pocono (Pennsylvania) with this number.

“I grew up with the dream of competing in the Indy 500 like so many other drivers and all my efforts in recent years were for this goal”, commented Stefan Wilson who will take part in this event for the first time. “Justin made eight starts at Indy and I wanted more than anything to join him and fight with him. I never imagined that he would not be with me. »

Stefan Wilson will highlight the Indiana Donor Network organization which helps with organ donations. His brother passed away allowing six recipients to extend their lives.
