Having just been crowned yesterday in New York at the end of the first race, Jean-Eric Vergne (Techeetah) won the second race of the American weekend while Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler took the Teams title.
The start sees the Frenchman take the advantage from third place over the pole sitter Sébastien Buemi (Renault e.dams). On the restart, Lotterer, who had moved up to second position behind Vergne after passing Buemi, observed his sanction at the end of the lap and left Vergne in the lead ahead of Buemi and Lucas di Grassi (Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler), who did not take long to overtake. the Swiss for second place.

Nicolas Cheers (Renault e.dams) ends his season with 11th place just ahead of Stéphane Sarrazin (Andretti). Tom Dillmann (Venturi) was forced to retire following a gearbox problem.
