After Nelson Piquet Jr, Sébastien Buemi and Lucas di Grassi, Jean-Eric Vergne (Techeetah) can become the fourth champion in the history of Formula E today for the first race of the New York ePrix in the United States.

For the Frenchman, the equation is simple: score seven points more than his last rival Sam Bird (DS Virgin Racing). "If I don't beat him on Saturday, then he will win on Saturday, admits the Briton, referring to his former teammate.
