THEAlpine Academy announces drivers
Former members of the house, Christian Lundgaard and Guanyu-Zhou continue their adventure within theAlpine Academy, so far named Renault Sports Academy. The two men are committed to a new season of F2 in 2021, the first at ART Grand Prix, the second with UNI-Virtuosi.
Reigning FIA champion F3, Oscar piastri retains its place within the French team's academy. He moves up to F2 this year and will race with Prema as announced last December.
Winner of Formula Renault in 2020, Victor Martins makes his comeback to theAlpine Academy after leaving it at the end of 2019. The French hopeful will be in F3 at MP Motorsport just like his runner-up from last season, Caio Collet, still with the same team.
On the departure side, Hadrien David leaves the fold Alpine after a difficult 2020 in Formula Renault.
