Marino Sato and Bent Viscaal with Trident

There is now only one free seat left in Formula 2 for the 2021 season. The Italian team Trident has indeed announced its two drivers for this season in the anteroom of the Formula 1. First of all, it is the repeater Marino Sato. The Japanese, who was already competing in Italian colors in 2020, only scored one point thanks to an eighth place taken in the sprint race at Mugello. 

After having lived with Roy Nissany, this time he will have a rookie teammate. At least for the first round of the season. It is in fact the Dutchman Bent Viscaal, author of two podiums including a victory in the FIA F3 last year with MP Motorsport.

He finished 13th in the championship and will therefore be making his debut at the higher level. He will take part in the first round of the season in Bahrain, although both parties want to continue the adventure beyond
