Max Günther replaces Antonio Felix da Costa at BMW i Andretti

We placed him among the favorites to succeed the Portuguese Antonio Felix da Costa at BMW i Andretti: Maximilian Gunther will join the alliance between the German manufacturer and Michael Andretti's team from the 2019-2020 season in Formula E.

The 22-year-old German will play on the car Germanic from the first event in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia (November 22-23). “ BMW i Andretti Motorsport had a strong debut season in Formula E, won the very first race and was involved in the title fight until the end,  recalls Günther.

Günther had actually started in motorsport with Formula BMW before go through the FIA ​​European Championship F3 (vice-champion 2016 and 3rd in 2017) then the FIA F2.
