What assessment do you draw from these two rounds of F2 what did you do with HWA Racelab?

If we only look at the result, it's obviously not great but I didn't come to perform. I took what I came for: learning and experience. It looks simple on TV, but pit stops and starting procedures in F2 are difficult to understand. In any case, it will allow me to arrive prepared and ready for next year.

We saw you very comfortable in the peloton…

It's true that I felt good. I expected it to be tougher in the field in F2 with more experienced drivers. But these fights have really become one of my strong points. I managed to get the upper hand over drivers who have much more tank. Afterwards, we had a lot of trouble with tire degradation with HWA, which cost me a lot of places. Behind, I did the end of season tests with ART and I immediately felt the difference!

How did these tests go, with a team that you know well?

Compared to Christian Lundgaard (his teammate, editor's note) who spent an entire season in F2, I'm still missing a little on one lap. Let's just say I'm having trouble putting everything together without making a mistake. But it's better that it be like this, that I learn from him and that we help the team progress together. In race simulation, we were fast compared to the others and I was very good compared to Lundgaard. Now all that remains is to wait for the tests at the start of the season and especially the first race. It will be the moment of the verdict. I am confident for next year.

What are you going to do until March and the start of the F2 season?

Go to school already! It's going to be a big job! Then take a little rest until the end of the year. Then we will continue with physical preparation and specific preparation with the team, to ideally prepare for 2021
