Drive Pro and SMG join forces

Located at the Pôle Mécanique d?Alès, the Drive Pro team uses its racing platform to promote the vehicles it distributes on our market, in particular the Mini of which it is the French importer on behalf of Prodrive. Very involved in rally in 2011, she participated in a few rounds of the French championship with Alexandre Bengué, then Pierre Campana who won twice at Mont Blanc and in the Cévennes. Driver with whom she also participated in the world rounds on asphalt, in Germany and France. “ As an official Prodrive dealer in France, we aim to develop Mini sales in our country. Our competitive activity allows us to showcase the high-quality platform that we have developed, and make it available to our customers », Underlines François Padrona, the director of the company.

In order to expand the sporting activities of his company and offer his customers a full range of services, François Padrona has just joined forces with SMG. It will thus be established in Fréjus, in the Var, where the premises of Philippe Gache, creator of SMG, are located. “ It is a great pleasure for me to join forces with those of François and Drive-Pro, confides the latter. Since the founding of SMG in 1997, we have accumulated a lot of experience of managing a team in the field of operations, particularly in the field of rallying. Drive-Pro has proven its skills and professionalism. We therefore have many points in common and by bringing them together we will develop them. I hope that from now on we will also share successes! »
