Gabin Moreau back with Stéphane Lefebvre

After a longer convalescence than that of his pilot Stéphane Lefebvre, due to more serious injuries suffered at the Rally from Germany last summer, Gabin Moreau returns to the right seat this weekend for the final of the French Rally Championship in Var.

The Lefebvre – Moreau duo plays on a DS3 WRC, before turning to the 2017 season where the French crew will be entered within Citroën Racing with the C3 WRC. Before the start of the Var event this Friday, Gabin Moreau said he was rather confident.

“I feel good, it looks good and we are ready to start, indicated the co-driver on the WRC website. It's good for the mind to be present, and also for my physical condition. This helps me recover even faster.

Yesterday we had a good shakedown, with five runs without any apprehension. It's good to think about the rally and nothing else. Everything else is now a thing of the past. »

Stéphane Lefebvre and Gabin Moreau are part of a large entry list for this conclusion of the French championship, with the presence of Romain Dumas (Porsche 911 997 GT3 RS) or Gilles Panizzi (Peugeot 208 T16).
