Promotion Ranking – The Michelin Trophy
Bonus(es) for amateurs
Bearing the name Michelin Trophy since 2004, the Promotion ranking rewards amateur drivers entered in the French Rally Championship each season.
Participation in the French Championship requires a significant investment, both human and financial. Thanks to rich material and financial endowments, the Michelin Trophy helps amateur drivers compete in the French Rally Championship each season. It thus comes to support those who are the soul of the rally to help them live the elite dream for a weekend.
Open to drivers exclusively equipped by the Clermont-based manufacturer, the ranking is split into two categories. The first, called “Premium”, is reserved for cars from the FRC2 and FRGT groups, the second, “Amateurs”, brings together cars from other categories and classes in order to highlight the performances of drivers competing in lower categories.
