The Renault Clio Rally3 in action!

The Clio Rally3 is the first car of rally four-wheel drive designed jointly by the Viry-Châtillon teams, the Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé and the factory enstone by BWT Alpine F1 Team. It will be presented on January 15, 2023 on the Pas de la Casa Circuit in Andorra.

The initial development program is now complete. Through twenty-two full days of testing, the model covered more than 2500 kilometers on asphalt and more than 2000 on dirt with extremely promising levels of performance and reliability.

Eight drivers and eleven co-drivers, experienced or from the Clio Trophy France Asphalte and Terre, such as Tom Pieri, took part in the tests of this version aspiring to FIA Rally3 homologation, a real springboard for four-wheel drive in the Pyramid Rally of the Federation International Automobile.

The model is currently continuing its FIA Rally3 homologation process with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile. This should be completed in April, paving the way for its competitive debut in the spring.

These test sessions allowed the engineers toAlpine Racing to fine-tune the last settings and validate the last parts to launch the orders. Once approval has been obtained, it will be necessary to have sufficient stock to support customer teams.
