Terre des Cardabelles canceled

The 2020 calendar of the French Terrestrial Rally Championship loses a new round following the cancellation of the Terre des Cardabelles, which was to take place from October 9 to 11 in Aveyron.

Due to the rebound of the coronavirus pandemic, the organizers have put the health aspect first. “Following the worsening health situation in the department of Aveyron, classified in the red zone, the Organizing Committee, aware of its responsibilities, unanimously decided to cancel the Rally Terre des Cardabelles 2020.” specifies a press release.

A cancellation which for the moment reduces the Earth program to a single round (Vaucluse, from November 13 to 15), two events having already been contested in Lozère and Occitanie.
