The national elite of the Rally in Châteauroux for the Final of the Coupe de France

Organized by the FFSA with the assistance of the 19 Motor Sport Leagues, the French Rally Cup born in 1984 takes into account all the national and regional rallies organized over 12 months from September to September in order to establish a ranking of the best amateur drivers . Exceptionally, following the sporting and extra-sporting consequences of the health crisis, this year the ranking takes into account the rallies organized over 24 months between September 9, 2019 and September 12, 2021. For this edition, this represents a total of nearly 390 qualifying events!

At the end of this regular season, the best crews from the 19 regional leagues are qualified and invited to participate in the final meeting of the season. The number of qualifiers per league varies depending on the number of crews classified, with on average around ten qualifiers, giving a total of more than 210 finalists.

This final, the location of which changes every year, is organized on a completely new route in order to guarantee total sporting fairness. This year, it is therefore the Regional Motor Sports League Center Val de Loire which has been entrusted with the organization, the ASA du Berry and the Ecurie Berrichonne being in charge of the sporting and technical part.

The much desired trophy has arrived in Indre
