Léo Rossel in the French Terrestrial Rally Championship in 2021

After Yohan, it is Léo's turn to receive the support of the FFSA in the continuation of his career in rally. Crowned French Junior Rally champion last year with the Ford Fiesta R2J, the younger brother of the Saintéloc Racing driver in WRC will thus be integrated into the Collective Hope of the national federation, with a great program to boot.

Rossel, co-driven by Mathieu Maurin, will indeed take part in the rounds of the French Terrestrial Rally Championship, at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta Rally2, operated by Sarrazin Motorsport.

A surface that he knows well having already faced it several times during his emerging career. “I am proud to join the FFSA 2021 Espoir Collective, underlines the person concerned.

It's motivating to know that you are supported by the French Motor Sport Federation. We are young, we have everything to learn, I don't put any particular pressure on myself. This 2021 season will allow us to take a step forward, by remaining attentive to all advice. We are in good hands with national coach Nicolas Bernardi. »

First meeting expected at Terre des Causses at the beginning of April.
