The FFSA 2021 calendars revealed

They obviously remain provisional given the current context, but the FFSA gave an initial direction to the 2021 programs. In the wake of its steering committee of November 24, which notably awarded different national rally titles, the federation has published the calendars for the upcoming motorsport season in France.

Unsurprisingly in the French Asphalt Rally Championship, the events included in the 2020 section are renewed as announced by the FFSA, the Rally des Vins – Mâcon will act as a substitute in the event of a subsequent modification.

The Earth component retains its architecture also planned for 2020 before the multiple postponements in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. The FFSA also validated the arrival of an RC3 category to allow the presence of future cars meeting Rally3 regulations, such as the new Ford Fiesta.

Cars in the GT+ category are now eligible in all rallies (national and regional), including those counting for the Coupe de France but without scoring points in the 2021 Coupe de France. As of September 14, 2021, they will be able to claim score points at the 2022 Coupe de France.

From January 1, cars equipped with the Oreca R4 kit are authorized in the French Championship.

Concerning rallycross, the FFSA has specified that cars in the RC4 category will be able to participate in the Super 1600 Rallycross events.
