This Friday July 31 marks the start of registrations for the 2020 edition of Rally Young FFSA. The famous federal detection operation, which notably enabled Sébastien Ogier, Adrien fourmaux and so many other winners to shine, will begin next November with three selections in three cities (Saint-Dié des Vosges at the Géoparc circuit, Lyon at the Actua St Laurent de Mure circuit and Nîmes at Lédenon).
Men and women of French nationality, born after December 31, 1994, in possession of a B driving license will be able to register. Candidates holding an FFSA license are authorized to participate in the operation with the exception of:
– candidates who have been ranked among the top ten in a single-make championship and/or promotion formula previously, year 2020 included
– candidates who have been ranked among the first 10 in an FIA and/or FFSA championship previously, year 2020 included
– candidates who were winners of the FFSA Youth Rally operation
– substitutes from the FFSA Youth Rally operation who have joined the FFSA Youth Rally team
– drivers who have been selected for the French FFSA rally and circuit team or FFSA Espoir Collective
The final will take place once again in Nîmes in mid-December. The registration fee is set at €20. The winners, two drivers and their co-drivers, will participate in the French Junior Rally Championship in 2021, with the support of the FFSA.
