Pierre Campana wants to shine in 2010

Last weekend of March 14, Pierre Campana went to Italy to compete in the Rondo del Grifo at the wheel of a Peugeot . A successful transalpine trip since the Frenchman finished in a magnificent second place, just behind a local driver entered in a Citroën Xsara WRC much more powerful than his 207 S2000 entered by the Munaretto team.
Despite the fact that he was discovering the car, the Frenchman made no mistakes despite the icy conditions:

“Those days were some of the most fun I had behind the wheel of a rally, Campana says. Our objective before taking the start was not to pay attention to the results, but rather to familiarize ourselves with this type of car. I must say that I adapted quickly, and that I found it very pleasant to drive. I was even able to experiment with a couple of little things that allowed me to form an overall opinion of the car?s behavior in different conditions. I would like to thank Ellip6 for their support: Their logo on the Peugeot is fantastic and very eye-catching. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave the tub at the end of the day. »

Ellip6 is an expert in driving simulators who wants to make its facilities available to the public in a unique way. Thus, the visitor will be able to discover the sensations felt by “real” pilots, at the controls of a car or a rally car, but also a helicopter. The Ellip6 center, based in Pierrelatte near Avignon (Vaucluse), will open its doors in the spring.
