Quentin Gilbert moves from Citroën to Ford in 2021

M-Sport announced on Monday the arrival in its fold of Frenchman Quentin Gilbert, who will drive a Ford Fiesta Rally 2 next year alongside Christopher Guieu in the French asphalt rally championship.

The former Junior champion WRC and WRC3 will compete in its fourth full season at the highest national level. With the Citroën C3 R5, he climbed to second place in the championship last year behind Yoann Bonato.

Gilbert will not be the only Frenchman to join M-Sport. The British structure will trust Stéphane Consani, associated with Thibault de la Haye, for the French Gravel Rally Championship. Both drivers will race in TM Compétition in 2021.
