Rally – Ragues returns to the Limousin

Pierre Ragues will once again be entered in the French Rally Championship by participating in the 48th Rally of Limousin which will be contested next week. The reigning champion of theELMS will get back behind the wheel of his Skoda Fabia S2000 entered by the Deslandes Sport team with which he made a good debut at Lyon-Charbonnières before having to retire with a mechanical problem in the penultimate special of the event.

“I can’t wait to get back behind the wheel of this fantastic Skoda Fabia S2000”, however assures Pierre Ragues. “My father (Marcel) and I had a great time at the Rallye Lyon-Charbonnières last month and I felt we were capable of getting on the podium in S2000 with the excellent Deslandes Sport team. The whole team worked very professionally and made me feel very comfortable during my very first rally in the French championship. The transition from endurance to rallying is a fascinating experience that I thoroughly enjoy. The Limousin Rally is another famous event that will test our abilities. I will do everything in my power to finish in a good place but we have 11 stages to tackle throughout the race.
