Romain di Fante: “What I expected in terms of fight and intensity”
At the start of the season, many observers bet on you for victory in the Clio Trophy France Asphalte. Was it extra pressure?
It's certain, a lot of people had given me this label of favorite. But I never thought about it, because in my eyes, I was not the only one who could win the Trophy. Thomas Chauffray, Guillaume Canivenq and Styve Juif, who confirmed his top speed, were among the strong men with the Clio RSR Rally5. I didn't put any pressure on myself, I rode as I know how, without wanting to do more, that's what was decisive.
With six podiums, including three victories, we feel like the season has gone perfectly. Is that the case ?
