Terre des Causses – Franceschi meets expectations

Mathieu Franceschi certainly did not expect to win in a setting worthy of a rally " snow ". The Terre des Causses marked its return to the French Championship calendar with originality after two years of absence. With regular snowfall, the drivers had to deal with inconsistent grip and tricky sections. The first leaders, François-Xavier Blanc and Emmanuel Gascou paid the price. White made a mistake in SS 3, while the C3 Rally2 driver hit a tree at low speed, but the shock absorber did not resist.
