Yoann Bonato wins the Rallye du Limousin

Yoann Bonato (DS 3 R5) scored his first victory of the season in the French Rally Championship by winning the Rally from Limousin. After having scored the scratch in the six stages of the first stage, the leader was content to manage his lead to win with more than a minute ahead of Fabiano Lo Fiego (Skoda Fabia R5) who won four specials on the second day.

Charles Martin (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) completed the podium, finishing 17s behind Fabiano Lo Fiego, the winner of the Michelin R5 Trophy. Jean-Charles Beaubelique placed his DS 3 WRC in 4th place ahead of Quentin Giordano (Skoda Fabia R5) who was second at the start of the stage before falling in the ranking following a collision.

Éric Mauffrey (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) stayed out of trouble and took 6th place ahead of Pierre Roché (Skoda Fabia R5) who suffered a puncture in SS8. Patrick Rouillard (Porsche 997 GT3 Cup) finished 8th with victory in the Michelin Trophy outside R5.

Emmanuel Guigou (Renault Clio R3T) retired from the first special due to a mechanical problem.
