138 entered in the Tour de Corse

The official entry list for the 58th edition of the Tour de Corse, French round of the 2015 WRC, and sixth event of the French Championship, includes 138 crews.

They will be 138 crews to take the start on October 1st of Tour of Corsica, counting for the World Championship and the 2015 French Rally Championship. Seventeen WRC are to be counted, with the main leaders of the world scene, led by the very recent triple world champion Sébastien Ogier (Volkswagen Polo R).

In the French clan, we will also find in the queen category Stéphane Lefebvre (DS3 WRC), Bryan Bouffier (Ford Fiesta RS) or Stephane Sarrazin (Ford Fiesta RS). Romain Dumas and François Delecour will be present at the wheel of their Porsche 911 entered in the FIA R-GT Cup.

In WRC-2, among the 17 cars registered, Eric Camilli (Ford Fiesta R5), Quentin Giordano (DS3 R5) and Julien Maurin (Ford Fiesta R5) will be ones to watch. The French Championship field will be led by the leader of the general classification, the Ardéchois Jean-Marie Cuoq (Citroen C4). In total, 95 French crews, including 27 Corsican, will be at the start.

The “10.000 Virages”, a regularity test open to owners of prestigious cars and organized alongside the WRC / French Championship round, will also see 56 additional cars confront each other.
