Enough to undoubtedly offer a great spectacle on the bumps and Finnish tracks, for one of the fastest rallies of the year. In the premier category, the championship regulars will be present, headlined by the three Ford Fiesta M-Sport de Sébastien Ogier, Ott Tänak and Elfyn Evans, whose car will still be fitted by the manufacturer Dmack.

At Hyundai Motorsport, le trio Thierry Neuville – Hayden Paddon – Dani Sordo will be there, as will Jari-Matti Latvala, Esapekka Lappi and Juho Hänninen in Toyota Gazoo Racing, qui voudront briller sur leurs terres.

At Citroën Racing, Chris Meeke will be there, after having been excluded for the Rally of Poland for the benefit of Andreas Mikkelsen. The Briton won last year on Finnish roads with the Citroën DS3 WRC. In addition to Craig Breen, the third C3 WRC will be entrusted to Khalid Al-Qassimi.

Mads Ostberg and Teemu Suninen, which made its debut in the flagship WRC category in Poland, will once again be fielded against the Ford Fiestas prepared by M-Sport. Valeriy Gorban (Mini) and Jean-Michel Raoux (DS3 WRC) are expected in the WRC Trophy with the older generation cars.

In WRC-2, Ole Christian Veiby will be the favorite with his Skoda Fabia R5, and will notably face Simone Tempestini (DS3 R5) or Pierre-Louis Loubet (Ford Fiesta R5) and Quentin Gilbert (Skoda Fabia R5). Eric Camilli (Ford Fiesta R5) will also be at the start, but will not score points in the category.
