Nouveau membre de l’armada de M-Sport en championnat du monde des Rallyes, Craig Breen experienced a busy end to 2021 due in particular to the development of the Ford Puma, the English team's new car for the hybrid era of WRC.

« I had the feeling that skipping the last two rounds would help me acclimatize with the new car and I honestly feel like that's exactly the case., admitted the 31-year-old pilot. I feel very comfortable behind the wheel of the car, everything feels natural to me and that can only be a good thing for next season."

On the sidelines for Catalonia and Monza, Craig Breen took the opportunity to try the Puma on all types of surfaces but also to work on the technical side of his car. “ It was really useful to work on the geometry and settings of the differential, continues the Irishman. We were just going through all the options we had (at the settings level). It went well. It was great to get back into the snow and see how the car behaved. Looking back, I'm really happy with how all the testing went. I feel really comfortable with the team and the car and we are now ready. I'm looking forward to the start of the season at Monte-Carlo."

At Monte-Carlo (January 20 to 23), Craig Breen will be well supported since M-Sport plans to enter a total of 4 Ford Pumas. In addition to the Irishman, Sébastien Loeb, Adrien fourmaux and Gus Greensmith will also be responsible for representing the British structure on the roads of the Monegasque classic.
