Elfyn Evans dominates the Shakedown

Ahead of the 20 special stages of Rally from Croatia, the competitors were able to hit the road this Thursday morning for the traditional Shakedown.

At the end of the three regulatory passes on the Croatian asphalt, it is Elfyn Evans who is at the top of the time sheet. Constantly improving, the Cardiff native set his best time during his final outing in 2’45”1.

À l’arrivée, le pilote du Toyota Gazoo Racing devance les duos Neuville-Wydaeghe (Hyundai) de sept dixièmes et Rovanperä-Halttunen (Toyota) d’un peu plus d’une seconde.

Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia (Toyota) ranked 5th just behind Ott Tänak and Martin Järveoja (Hyundai).

Engaged in the premier category, Adrien fourmaux (M-Sport) termine 7e à 4“2 du chrono d’Elfyn Evans.

In WRC2, Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) dominated the debates ahead of Nikolay Gryazin (Movisport) and Mads Østberg (TRT World Rally Team).
