Evans dominates Shakedown in Portugal

In preparation for the first special this Friday, the World Rally Championship competitors were out this morning for the traditional Shakedown.

Avec un chrono en 3’05“9 signé lors de son quatrième passage de la matinée, Elfyn Evans (Toyota) a dominé la feuille des temps du Shakedown devant Ott Tänak (Toyota) relegated to just two tenths. Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota) completes the leading trio, 0″ behind the Welshman.

The leader of the championship, Sébastien Ogier (Toyota), is satisfied with 5th position, 9 tenths behind Ott Tänak.

back in WRC après deux manches d’absence, Dani Sordo (Hyundai) pointe au 8e rang tout juste derrière son coéquipier Thierry Neuville. They are 1″7 and 1″5 from the head, respectively.

Now guided by Florian Haut-Labourdette, Pierre-Louis Loubet (2C Competition) ranks 9th with a best time of 3’08”3.

Amazing in Croatia in April, Adrien fourmaux (M-Sport) commence en douceur ce week-end lusitanien. Le Tricolore termine 10e avec un meilleur passage en 3’08“4 à presque 3 secondes d’Elfyn Evans.

In WRC2, Esapekka Lappi (Movisport) dominated the debates ahead of Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) Mads Østberg (TRT). First French representative in the ranking, Éric Camilli (Sports and You) finished 4th, just over 2 seconds behind Lappi.
