It's definitely not the start of the day M-Sport imagined this Friday. After Gus Greensmith's scare in SS1, the British team saw Teemu Suninen turn around in the same special.
Then the problems begin for M-Sport. A few moments after the end of SS1, the English structure confirmed the withdrawal of Teemu Suninen for the rest of the day beforeAdrien fourmaux does not in turn encounter any problems.
Engaged in WRC2, the French driver hit the SS2 and was unable to complete it, even finding himself stuck on the side of the road. Despite his numerous attempts, the M-Sport representative was unable to restart due to damage to his suspension.
His team subsequently indicated that Adrien Fourmaux would not return to the road for the day like his teammate Teemu Suninen. His car will be taken back to the Olbia service park to be repaired for the last two days of racing.
