Greensmith leads the Shakedown, Rovanperä at fault

First day of this Rally from Sardinia. The opportunity for the drivers to get their bearings on Italian soil before the first races of the weekend. And in this game, it was Gus Greensmith who was the quick one for the moment.

The latter is the author of the image of the day. After setting the best time during his first pass, the Finn made a mistake and ended up on the roof. He was not seen again after that. Frenchman Pierre-Louis Loubet (Hyundai) is in 11th position.

In WRC2, Mads Østberg (Citroën) is the fastest ahead of Jari Huttunen (Hyundai) and Adrien fourmaux (Ford) before the last departures.

The start of the first special (Tempio Pausania 1) of the Sardinia Rally is scheduled for 7:50 a.m. this Friday. A first special stage of 12,08 km.
