Hänninen official Hyundai driver in 2014

At 32, Hänninen finally has his chance to shine in the World Rally Championship. Crowned IRC champion in 2010 and ERC in 2012, he was chosen to pilot the second Hyundai i20 in 2014.

“I am honored to have been selected by Hyundai to be one of the drivers of the second i20 WRC in 2014, notably during the Rally from Sweden, which is one of my favorites, rejoiced the Finn. I have been working with the team since May and it is a fantastic project. I'm looking forward to competing in some events in 2014."

The general manager of the Hyundai Motorsport team, Michel Nandan, was also delighted by this announcement and did not hesitate to praise the qualities of the Finn.
