Hyundai wins Manufacturers' title

The cancellation of Rally of Australia due to the fires ravaging the east coast of the country puts an end to the 2019 season of WRC. Consequently, Hyundai décroche son premier titre en WRC en remportant le Championnat Constructeurs avec 18 points d’avance sur Toyota Gazoo Racing.

This end of the season nevertheless generates mixed feelings at Hyundai as the forest fires have claimed several victims.

From a sporting point of view, it is incredible to win our first WRC title as it is the result of many years of hard work from everyone at Hyundai Motorsport. »

The Drivers' title was decided from the Rally of Catalonia with the coronation ofOtt Tänak (Toyota).
