Can the FIA really change everything in the WRC?

It was at the end of February that announcements concerning the future of WRC should be done. The working group which was urgently created last December took several weeks to consult and form an opinion on what needs to be done to get the discipline out of the doldrums. The members of this “task force” did not want to reveal anything concerning the content of their work, but the rumors which have circulated seem to indicate that the Rally1s will not be retained and that the change of category should take place quickly. If this is confirmed, will the effects of such an upheaval be beneficial to the WRC? In particular, is there not a risk of seeing the departure Hyundai ?
